Must be able to check in with team members and team lead daily. </li><li>Manage multiple schedules and effectively finish all tasks within a designated deadline.</li><li>Strong problem-solving skills along with the ability to self-motivate and work independently. </li><li>Quick decision-making and flexibility based on safety and company deadlines will be required regularly.</li><li>Must be able to understand and operate heavy equipment and hand tools.
