We are looking for a motivated Senior Manager who is excited about building and leading a world-class Sales Operations team within a high-performing Finance team at an organization making a meaningful difference in the world. Reporting to the VP of Finance, they design, implement and optimize a number of key processes following best practices in a way that scales with Aurora’s hyper-growth and sets the company up for future success.

What you'll do:

  • Hire and develop high-performing people to build a best in class Deal Desk and Commissions team
  • Design and implement efficient and scalable processes for Deal Desk and Commissions
  • Lead the design, implementation, and operational aspects of variable compensation for our Sales organization
  • Stand-up a deal desk team and deal desk process, working closely with Sales, Revenue Operations and Legal, to ensure the company is following our policies and procedures while maintaining speed in our sales cycles
  • Establish strong relationships with cross-functional peers
  • Continually evaluate and optimize Deal Desk and Commissions policies and processes relative to industry best practices

What we value:

  • Finance or Sales Operations experience in a hyper growth B2B SaaS startup 
  • Management experience hiring, inspiring, developing, and retaining a high-performing finance team
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to partner effectively across functions and levels throughout the company
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy, coupled with big picture strategic understanding
  • Ability to manage ambiguity and multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
