This is your opportunity to make a lasting impact! <h3>The Role</h3>As a Payroll Specialist at Fastned, you’ll help ensure that our colleagues across Europe are paid accurately and on time. You’ll join our payroll team in Amsterdam, working closely with another Payroll Specialist and reporting to the Payroll Lead. Together, you’ll manage payroll operations across multiple countries, in close collaboration with our People Operations and Finance teams.Your day-to-day will be a mix of operational tasks and internal support. You’ll review and process payroll data, handle monthly journal entries in NetSuite, and take care of reconciliations. You’ll also be the go-to person for payroll-related questions from colleagues, responding via our Jira ticketing system with accuracy and care. Maintaining employee records and supporting audits and reports will also be part of your regular responsibilities.
