About this role: CDP China is seeking an engaging individual for a fast-paced Internship program in its Beijing office for Market Activation Team. The intern will be integral to ensure the official social media platform runs smoothly. And will also be asked to support a variety of operational tasks, including maintaining calendars, and general organization. What you will do:  Strategy Support <ul><li>Assist the team with Marketing &amp; Communication planning and other operational tasks </li></ul>WeChat Articles and Videos <ul><li>Support the delivery of Market Activation Team work plans/deliverables, including draft WeChat article &amp; video based on teams’ need and existing materials</li></ul><ul></ul><ul><li>Translation materials from global and localize them in draft articles for China</li><li>Arrange the layout of WeChat article using the Xiumi tool </li><li>Upload videos to WeChat Channel platform Events</li></ul>Events:<ul><li>Maintain/update events calendar and send appropriate notifications to staff with and promotional materials and pertinent information surrounding upcoming events</li></ul><ul><li>Work with China MA Manager to provide logistical support for CDP events</li><li>Coordinate external meetings with the China MA Manager, including distributing the agenda, providing </li><li>essential information to the organizer, and managing the logistics of the upcoming event(s)</li><li>Support the creation of outreach and promotional materials and coordinate outreach schedules Operations</li></ul>Operations<ul><li>Support the maintenance of the CDP China website(s), including reviewing translations, sending emails, updating content, etc</li><li>Support manager in ad hoc projects with logistics, project management, etc.</li><li>Other ad hoc items</li></ul>Before you apply :We’ll only use the information you provide to process your application.
