<h2>The Team</h2>The Graphics Team is an integral part of our expansive global Marketing and Business Development Team, collaborating closely with team members across the world. Our Marketing team plays a pivotal role in advancing our rapidly expanding international practice.The Graphics Team also works in close partnership with our multidisciplinary team of engineers, designers, and subject matter experts creating illustrations that elevate our technical documentation, marketing materials and various other assets that are critical to supporting all front-end activities of the business.<h2>The Role</h2>Our Graphics team has played a key role in establishing a strong and recognisable brand in our market and we are now looking for a project graphic designer to work with us in supporting our global engineering teams. This role will provide a great opportunity for you to apply your own creative style within clear brand guidelines, and to work as part of a small, close-knit and talented graphics team, whilst being part of a wider engineering team. You will be working directly with your ‘internal clients’, supporting a variety of exciting projects.The role will be entirely project focused, being involved in all aspects of design from competition and bidding stage through to completion of a project.This will include:• Attending engineering and client meetings to translate technical information and concepts into clear and compelling visual representations.• Producing Powerpoint presentations using Cundall’s template.• Working in both internal and external InDesign templates to format word reports into high end documents for publication.• Creating technical illustrations and infographics. <h2>The Skills</h2>We are looking for graphic designers with demonstrable skills in the following areas:• You are an inquiring and creative designer with a strong attention to detail and can ensure the design is of high quality and presentable.• You have good attention to detail.• You have the aptitude to work on your own initiative and be proactive with confidence to challenge a brief if required.• Excellent planning, organisational and time management skills are needed to ensure the ability to balance and prioritise tasks to meet deadlines.• Interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate are key as you will be collaborating with various engineering teams.• You are a hands-on and proactive person • An excellent level of skill in InDesign, Illustrator and photoshop.• Produce high-quality technical illustrations, diagrams, charts, and visual aids that accurately represent complex technical information.• Experience in preparing artwork for print and digital publications.• Proficient in Word and Powerpoint. **As part of the application process we would like to see a short portfolio showcasing your work and please include any relevant examples of technical illustration.Please ensure portfoilio is included in your cv or a link to portfolio is included in your cv application Job Description Your career at Cundall We know that to be the best at what we do we need a diverse workforce underpinned by an inclusive culture.
