This role offers the opportunity to collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of engineers and developers in shaping the future of energy through cutting-edge solutions.<h2>Responsibilities</h2>Principal Duties <ul> <li>Assist in the design, development, and testing of software applications and tools for power system analysis and management.</li> <li>Collaborate with staff engineers to develop algorithms for new software tools and products. </li> <li>Participate in the integration and deployment of software solutions within the company. </li> <li>Perform debugging, troubleshooting, and maintenance of existing software applications. </li> <li>Document software designs, technical specifications, and user manuals. </li> <li>Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies to continuously improve skills and knowledge.</li></ul> <h2>Qualifications</h2>Required Education and Experience:<ul> <li>Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering, or a related field.</li> <li>Proficiency in Python is mandatory. </li> <li>Familiarity with software development tools and methodologies (e.g., version control, object-oriented programming).</li> <li>Basic understanding of power systems and electrical engineering principles.</li> <li>Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.</li> <li>Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.</li> <li>Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new challenges.</li></ul>  Preferred Education and Experience:<ul> <li>Knowledge of additional programming languages is a plus.</li> <li>Experience with power systems simulation software is a plus.</li></ul> Lead the change! Electric Power Engineers, Inc.
