Working at Freudenberg: We will wow your world!<h1>Responsibilities:</h1><ul><li>Plan demand for a portfolio of products, ensuring excellent forecast accuracy and timely replenishment to meet customer service targets.</li><li>Achieve agreed KPIs such as SFD (Sales Forecast Development), ICSL (Internal Customer Service Level), and SSL (Stock Service Level).</li><li>Continuously review and update sales and production forecasts in terms of quantity and value across different time horizons (short, mid, long-term).</li><li>Manage replenishment by placing orders to production sites, suppliers, and co-packers, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.</li><li>Ensure forecasting input from Sales, Marketing, and other departments (e.g., promotions, launches, delistings) is timely and reliable.</li><li>Maintain and periodically review planning master data in SAP and IBP (Integrated Business Planning) to support accurate forecasting and appropriate replenishment strategies.</li><li>Lead or support the monthly demand planning process and contribute to the S&amp;OP cycle.</li><li>Monitor deviations between forecasts and actual sales and propose corrective actions.</li></ul><h1>Qualifications:</h1><ul><li>Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Economics, or a related field.</li><li>Minimum 3 years of experience in demand planning, preferably in a consumer goods or B2B environment.</li><li>Strong command of Excel; experience with SAP, IBP, and BI tools is a strong asset.</li><li>Good knowledge of forecasting techniques and statistical analysis.</li><li>Solid analytical and problem-solving skills.</li><li>Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration abilities.</li><li>Very good command of English (minimum B2 level).</li></ul>The Freudenberg Group is an equal opportunity employer that is committed to diversity and inclusion.
