Reporting to the Head of Dispatch Operations, this role assigns trailer moves using our Mission Control platform and coordinates with customer dispatch teams or yard management systems.</p><p>This hands-on position demands sharp focus, sound judgment, and a safety-first mindset. Ideal candidates thrive in fast-paced settings, monitor system performance, and share feedback to improve tools and workflows. This is a key role in safely scaling our robotics-driven automation platform.</p><p><strong>Duties and Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Lead AV operations, ensuring safety and productivity, and manage trailer move missions using Outrider or customer software while communicating with engineers and teams</li><li>Create and manage tickets for system issues or truck maintenance (Jira, Zendesk, Fleetio), and document operational details in reports</li><li>Train customers on the Outrider system and serve as a liaison for operational support</li><li>Escalate issues according to protocols and support operations through travel to customer sites when required</li></ul><p><strong>Required Qualifications</strong></p><ul><li>BS or BA degree preferred or 2-3 years of relevant industry or technical experience</li><li>Minimum 1-2 years’ experience in transportation, intermodal, industrial automation, material handling automation, or warehouse operations</li><li>Exceptional analytical skills</li><li>Ability to communicate and assist with troubleshooting complex systems issues quickly and correctly while on customer sites</li><li>Self-driven behavior and demonstrated strong leadership and people skills</li><li>Very good time management skills and ability to quickly make informed decisions</li><li>Proficiency with MS Office or G-Suite.</li><li>Sterling references</li><li>Ability to travel up to 30% of the time, if applicable, or potentially commit to extended stays at customer sites for the deployment of Outrider autonomous vehicles</li></ul><p><strong>Ideal Qualifications</strong></p><ul><li>Experience with autonomous vehicles, complex electronic systems and field work</li><li>Exceptional customer service</li><li>Interest in data analysis</li><li>Knowledge of and experience with integrated hardware/firmware/ software systems</li></ul><p><strong>Compensation &amp; Benefits</strong></p><ul><li>Hourly Wage: $35.00</li><li>$200 monthly meal stipend</li><li>$50 cell phone stipend</li><li>$2,000 bonus: <em>Eligibility for the bonus is contingent upon successful completion of the assigned project and maintaining strong attendance throughout the assignment.
