Build to simplify.We seek a Product Manager to lead our digital software stack, network intelligence tools, and customer experience solutions. The role bridges technology, data, and customer-facing platforms to drive a seamless Exponent ownership and network experience.Key Responsibilities:<ul> <li>Define product roadmaps for network intelligence, Customer Experience(CX) tools, and software services</li> <li>Collaborate with engineering teams to develop and optimize digital features (routing, payments, analytics)</li> <li>Leverage customer insights and data to improve user experience across e^pump and connected apps</li> <li>Manage cross-functional alignment across system engineering, software, and business teams</li> <li>Track KPIs (network reliability, CX satisfaction, uptime) and drive iterative improvements</li> </ul>Requirements:<ul> <li>5+ years of product management experience in software, network, or platform products (preferably in EV/energy tech) (2+ years on cloud network/IoT engineering, 3+ years on product management)</li> <li>Strong understanding of IoT platforms, digital services, or customer experience tools</li> <li>Understanding of cloud infrastructure, data pipeline and platforms, visualization and deployment</li> <li>Proven ability to manage end-to-end product lifecycle – from strategy to launch</li> <li>Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and data-driven decision-making skills</li> </ul>What matters:Quality of workApproach towards problem-solvingDissatisfaction towards mediocre workResilient attitude to bounce back after failingAbout UsExponent simplifies energy for EVs.Co-founded by Arun Vinayak (Ather Energy's Founding Partner &amp; Former Chief Product Officer) and Sanjay Byalal (Former hardware strategic sourcing and cell strategy lead, Ather and Former Supply Chain Lead, HUL), Exponent focuses on solving two sides of the energy problem by building the e^pack (charging station) and e^pump (battery pack) which together unlock 15-min rapid charging.The 200+ strong team of passionate builders have a ton of EV experience and are currently looking for more builders to join one of the best EV teams in India to build &amp; scale Exponent.

We believe EVs have completed the 0 to 1 shift of driving better than conventional vehicles. However, for the industry to exponentially scale from 1 to 100, the underlying energy problem needs to be simplified.
