As a Founding Account Executive, you'll help build Orbisk’s presence from the ground up in one of the most dynamic food scenes in the country. What's on the Menu: <ul><li>Be a cornerstone of our U.S. growth. As one of the first sales hires in Miami, you'll help define how Orbisk scales across North America.</li><li>Run the full sales process, from prospecting and outreach to contract negotiation and onboarding.</li><li>Focus on regional - level sales with hotel and foodservice groups that are new to our technology and Orbisk. </li><li>Use CRM and our proven playbook to identify and engage new partners across the hospitality and foodservice space.</li><li>Take a consultative approach: understand each kitchen’s unique needs and show how Orbisk can reduce food waste while improving operations.</li><li>Collaborate with marketing, implementation, and customer success teams to deliver exceptional experiences from day one.</li><li>Be an internal champion for the U.S. market—providing feedback on trends, customer needs, and competitive dynamics. </li></ul>Key Ingredients for Success (Requirements):<ul><li>2+ years of experience in full-cycle B2B sales, ideally within SaaS, foodtech, hospitality tech, or sustainability-focused solutions. </li><li>Proven success in prospecting, outbound sales, and managing the entire sales process—from first contact to signed deal. </li><li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to confidently engage stakeholders across culinary, operational, and executive levels—from chefs and GMs to sustainability officers. </li><li>A self-starter who is driven by impact. The camera runs an AI image recognition algorithm that recognises ingredients from images. Effortlessly, we register what food is wasted and why. By means of action-oriented dashboarding, you'll be able to find and optimize the inefficiencies in your food providing process,  annually saving an estimated over 4,000 kilos of food waste for an average sized restaurant, worth €20,000 - €60,000, thus improving sustainability and profitability!
