As a subject matter expert, the role partners with internal stakeholders and external vendors to deliver an exceptional benefits experience globally. This role reports to the Head of Reward and manages a team of 5 across our regions.What you’ll do:<ul><li>Lead the review, design and implementation of global benefits &amp; wellbeing strategies that align with Aggreko’s overall goals and objectives, considering local regulations, market practices and cultural differences.</li><li>Accountable for managing our global benefits portfolio and wellbeing programmes and identifying areas for process-efficiencies and continuous improvement.</li><li>Partner with external vendors and service providers to negotiate contracts, manage relationships, and ensure the optimal value and highest quality of service at all times.</li><li>Leadership of the International Benefits team to ensure a clear vision, priorities and guidance throughout.</li><li>Act as Go-To Advisor for all benefit related queries and opportunities, keeping relevant business stakeholders updated throughout.</li><li>Create and implement communication strategies to educate employees about their benefits options, ensuring they understand the value and usage of the programmes available to them.</li><li>Drive simplification and standardisation in everything we do, using design thinking when we develop strategies for colleagues to understand and access benefits globally.</li><li>Use insight from benefits data to develop and implement global approach to colleague wellbeing.</li></ul>You’ll have the following skills and experience:<ul><li>Proven track record of delivering high profile global benefits projects on time &amp; within budget.</li><li>Strong analytical and storytelling skills when preparing and presenting benefit plan recommendations to senior management.</li><li>Extensive pension and medical plan knowledge, both in terms of international market norms as well as managing internal governance structures.</li><li>Design and creation of multinational online flexible benefits platforms.</li><li>Experience preparing multinational benefit harmonisation integrations following corporate acquisitions.</li><li>Experience managing a team of benefits professionals.</li></ul>Find out more and apply now.Bring your energy.
