Responsibilities / TasksWe are looking for a detail-oriented Technical Writer with a passion for transforming complex engineering and technical content into engaging, basic and expert-level training materials. In this role, you will bridge the gap between engineering documentation and training delivery, producing high-quality training documents that enable effective knowledge transfer. Your work will support internal trainers or subject matter experts in conducting structured and interactive training sessions.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Analyze and interpret engineering documents, manuals, and technical specifications.</li><li>Create clear, accurate, and logically structured training documents tailored for experts to deliver.</li><li>Collaborate with engineers, product managers, and training experts to ensure technical accuracy and relevance.</li><li>Design training materials that include interactive elements, exercises, and gamified content to drive participant engagement and learning.</li><li>Continuously improve and update training materials based on user feedback and evolving product features.</li><li>Ensure all training content aligns with branding, documentation standards, and instructional design best practices.</li><li>Work with graphic designers or use authoring tools to create visually engaging materials, including diagrams, flowcharts, and step-by-step guides.</li></ul>Your Profile / QualificationsQualifications:<ul><li>Proven experience as a technical writer, instructional designer, or similar role.</li><li>Strong understanding of engineering or technical concepts and the ability to explain them clearly.</li><li>Experience developing training materials or eLearning content for basic and expert-level delivery.</li><li>Proficiency with tools such as Adobe Captivate, Articulate, or similar authoring and platforms.</li><li>Familiarity with instructional design principles and adult learning theories.</li><li>Excellent written English; additional languages are a plus.</li><li>Strong project management and communication skills.</li></ul> Preferred:<ul><li>Background in engineering, IT, or a related technical field.</li><li>Experience in creating gamified training elements or interactive learning modules.</li><li>Basic graphic design or multimedia editing skills.</li></ul>Did we spark your interest?
