<div>Last Energy seeks an engineering Technical Program Manager to manage complex hardware development projects and create an achievable schedule and project plans. This candidate will make decisions in the face of uncertainty, accurately communicate risk, and proactively escalate issues to their cross-functional partners and engineering leadership. This candidate will also empower cross-functional teams to overcome roadblocks and deliver new projects efficiently.</div><br><br><h3>Key Duties &amp; Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Managing multiple projects and schedules </li><li>Implementing and managing changes to ensure project goals are achieved</li><li>Meeting with stakeholders to make communication easy and transparent regarding project issues and decisions on services</li><li>Producing accurate and timely reporting of project status throughout its life cycle</li><li>Analyzing project risks</li><li>Supporting the creation of the project plan with cross-functional teams to define achievable scope and schedule, with dependencies identified early and incorporated into said plan</li><li>Successfully execute the system project plan and support bringing the product to market on time with appropriate trade-offs made</li><li>Managing the overall development schedule and critical path</li><li>Identify and evaluate technical risks and drive mitigation strategies cross-functionally to de-risk the project continuously </li><li>Management and development teams have clear visibility into program progress and are made aware of timeline risks and tradeoff decisions</li><li>Running team meetings for progress reporting </li><li>Engaging with outside resources for technical support i.e. vendors, supply chain lead times</li><li>Other duties as assigned</li><div><br></div></ul><h3>Qualifications</h3><ul><li>Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field</li><li>5+ years of project management experience in hardware product development, from concept to end of life, in a lean, startup environment</li><li>Proven stakeholder management skills</li><li>A basic understanding of nuclear technology and power systems is preferred</li><li>Competency in Microsoft applications, including Project, Word, and Excel</li><li>Competency in relevant program management tools</li><li>Able to discuss implementation details with engineering, quality, regulatory, and supply chain to identify cross-functional dependencies and technical risks to project completion</li><li>Excellent record-keeping and documentation skills</li><li>Extremely organized and attentive to detail</li><div><br></div></ul><br>
