In addition, this role will deliver a world-class level of support to GoodLeap’s customers, including 3rd-party Sales Reps and Solar Contractors, by troubleshooting and resolving issues in real time and escalating them to appropriate technical and business teams as needed. The Solar Proposal Design Consultant will manage a pipeline of open issues and escalations, driving them to completion to ensure customer satisfaction. This position is essential to the success of our platform and contributes directly to our growth in the renewable energy sector. </span></div><br><br><h3>Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:</h3><ul><li>Reviews and validates solar project proposals, including system design, performance modeling, cost estimation, and technical documentation. </li><li>Review proposals and designs to ensure they pass our validation process.
