Launch campaigns across paid, owned, and earned channels—including email, social, SEM, and events—that consistently drive engagement and pipeline.</li><li>Thought Leadership: Position Novisto as a trusted advisor and thought leader in the ESG space. This involves developing high-quality content (technical whitepapers, regulatory guides, case studies), executing media partnerships, and enhancing executive visibility.</li><li>Performance &amp; Analytics: Track campaign performance, including KPIs, pipeline impact, and engagement across all channels. Use tools like HubSpot and Google Analytics to translate marketing performance into actionable insights. Own budget management, paid media effectiveness, lead funnel health, and email marketing performance.</li><li>Sales Enablement: Act as a critical partner to Sales and Product teams to ensure a cohesive go-to-market strategy. Develop sales enablement tools that empower our team, including battlecards, compelling case studies, and well-crafted sales decks that simplify complex ESG concepts.</li><li>Brand and Communication: Ensure a consistent brand voice and experience across every customer touchpoint. Champion Novisto's brand credibility by demonstrating a deep understanding of ESG frameworks and regulations, positioning the company as a true expert.</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>ESG Acumen &amp; Technical Literacy: Deep understanding of the evolving ESG landscape, including key frameworks (e.g., GRI, SASB, TCFD), regulations (e.g., CSRD, SEC climate disclosure rules), and reporting standards.</li><li>SaaS Marketing Leadership: 7+ years of marketing leadership experience in a fast-paced SaaS environment, with a proven track record of building and scaling marketing teams and digital programs that drive measurable growth in enterprise or B2B segments.</li><li>Data-Driven Mindset: A data-first mindset and fluency in KPIs, attribution models, funnel metrics, and telling the story behind the numbers.
