AECOM is seeking highly qualified Resident Engineers to lead construction inspection and contract administration activities on transportation infrastructure projects throughout New Jersey. Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Serve as the primary representative on-site, overseeing contractor performance and verifying compliance with project plans, specifications, and applicable regulations</li><li>Manage daily inspection activities, field staff, and project documentation</li><li>Coordinate with NJDOT, NJTA, municipal stakeholders, contractors, and AECOM project management</li><li>Monitor project schedule, budget, and quality metrics, proactively addressing issues as they arise</li><li>Review and process contractor submittals, requests for information, and change orders</li><li>Prepare progress reports, maintain accurate records, and participate in project meetings</li><li>Ensure adherence to safety standards and environmental compliance requirements</li></ul>
