Working at Freudenberg: We will wow your world!<h1>Responsibilities:</h1><ul><li>Perform assigned daily inspections, preventive maintenance and safety checks of all machines and equipment defined in the maintenance operational system and listing of Key Equipment.</li><li>Fabrication and welding of items necessary for equipment installation and maintenance</li><li>Utilize skills and knowledge to evaluate repair issues with mechanical, electrical, pneumatic and hydraulic systems of the machines</li><li>Installation of utilities to machines (electrical, pneumatic and cooling water)</li><li>Document preventive maintenance to CMM software (PMC) and corrective maintenance activities in the maintenance log book.</li><li>Perform midlevel programming and adjustment of PLC’s, robots and Vision inspection systems.</li><li>Interpret specifications, read schematics and manuals to determine corrective measures required for proper maintenance and repair.</li><li>Perform advanced programming and adjustment of PLC’s, robots and Vision inspection systems.</li><li>Assist maintenance supervisor in spare parts inventory control through utilization of the CMM software system (PMC)</li><li>Utilize supervisory skills to manage sub projects in the Maintenance Department</li><li>Provide support and training to Level 1 and Level 2 Maintenance Technicians</li></ul><h1>Qualifications:</h1><ul><li>Minimum of a High School diploma or GED.</li><li>Vocational training in Industrial Maintenance.  Related experience with mechanical and electrical systems and controls.</li><li>Salary base range: $28.81-$34.75</li></ul>The Freudenberg Group is an equal opportunity employer that is committed to diversity and inclusion.
