Continuously manage vendor relationships with focus on strategic and conceptual global matters.</li><li>Manage IEB finance and risk management strategy – with support from our global broker</li><li>Manage our global Insured Employee Risk Pools. Regularly monitor the pools’ success, sustainability and preferred Insurance Network partnerships.z</li><li>Identify effective cost control measures and actions to address specific cost drivers and recommend on counteractions.
