Provide technical direction and support to the development team, including code reviews, design discussions, and troubleshooting Mentor and provide technical support to other team members Provide technical support and training to the users of the tools. Coordinate with other departments during the development of tools Identify and implement best practices and process improvements to enhance the efficiency and quality of the development process.
