Monitor and report on IT performance metrics, ensuring alignment with business expectations. Develop and deliver communication plans to educate stakeholders on IT capabilities and upcoming changes. Qualifications:<ul><li>Strong interpersonal and communication skills to foster collaboration, negotiation skills to manage expectations, and a deep understanding of the business and industry.</li><li>Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.</li><li>10+ years' experience in IT business relationship management, IT governance, or a related role.
