Responsibilities: Sales:<ul><li>Develop and maintain relationships with potential and existing customers</li><li>Identify and pursue new sales opportunities</li><li>Meet and exceed sales targets</li><li>Negotiate and close sales deals</li></ul>Customer Relationship Management:<ul><li>Provide excellent customer service and support</li><li>Address and resolve any customer concerns or issues</li><li>Build and maintain strong relationships with key decisionmakers</li><li>Conduct regular follow-ups and check-ins with customers</li></ul>Market Research and Analysis:<ul><li>Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitors' offerings</li><li>Gather and analyze market data to identify potential leads</li><li>Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities</li><li>Report on market trends and competitors' activities to the sales team</li></ul>Product Knowledge:<ul><li>Maintain a thorough understanding of company products and services</li><li>Communicate product features and benefits to potential and existing customers</li><li>Train and educate customers on product use and best practices</li><li>Stay informed on any updates or changes to products</li></ul>Territory Management:<ul><li> Develop and implement a strategic territory plan</li><li>Manage and prioritize sales activities within assigned territory</li><li>Monitor and track sales performance and provide reports to management</li><li>Collaborate with other sales team members to maximize territory coverage and sales opportunities.</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>A bachelor’s degree in degree in business, economics, finance, or a related field will be considered a plus</li><li>At least 3 years of experience in a similar role</li><li>Strong proficiency in CRM and business management software, such as Salesforce and ProWorkflow.</li><li>Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.</li><li>Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.</li><li>A track record of identifying and capitalizing on business opportunities.</li><li>Good level of English, written and spoken</li></ul>Assigned geographical areas: Verona, Vicenza, TrevisoBenefits: company carJoin the global Xylem team to be a part of innovative technology solutions transforming water usage, conservation, and re-use.
