As a Billing analyst you will:<ul><li>Ensure Billing Accuracy: Oversee both automated and manual invoice processing to guarantee accuracy and compliance. Maintain thorough documentation and ensure proper archiving of billing records.</li><li>Customer-Centric Billing Management: Configure and update customer-specific billing preferences, including electronic invoice delivery, data interfaces, and public sector invoicing solutions.</li><li>Data Analysis &amp; Issue Resolution: Perform data analysis to identify discrepancies, resolve billing issues, and respond to internal and external queries in a timely and professional manner.</li><li>Support Financial Reporting: Contribute to accurate internal accounting and reporting by applying systematic processes and ensuring error-free data handling.</li><li>Process Improvement: Participate in the development and implementation of new billing processes and tools to enhance efficiency and scalability.</li></ul>Role requirementsTo be successful in this role, you'll at least need!<ul><li>Languages: Fluent in English, written and spoken. Knowledge of additional languages is a plus.</li><li>Professional Experience: 2–3 years of experience in an office environment, preferably in administrative, financial, or customer service roles.</li><li>Analytical Skills: Proven ability to analyze data, identify issues, and propose effective solutions, with strong attention to detail.</li><li>Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
