Program Overview
RMI’s Carbon-Free Electricity (CFE) Program seeks to accelerate clean energy solutions in the United States and global electricity sectors. In our work, we collaborate with the utilities, regulators, and electricity system. With utilities and state regulators, we work to improve business models so that incentives are aligned with creating a just, clean energy future. With businesses, we develop and share solutions that bring clean energy technologies to the grid at scale. With influential early adopters, we help implement new, transformative solutions.
Position Overview
RMI is seeking a Program Coordinator with exceptional organizational and communication skills to facilitate all CFE Program operations. As the CFE Program Coordinator, you would play a key role in budgeting, staffing, planning, and communication.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
A minimum of 5 years of progressively responsible administrative, finance, operations, project management or related experience
Skilled at using advanced features in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Power Point
Ability to quickly learn new budgeting and project management software tools
Proficient budgeting, finance, and project management skills
Strong verbal and written communications skills
Ability to balance and prioritize multiple tasks
Attention to detail and exceptional accuracy
Location
This role can remain remote through the COVID-19 pandemic. Once the COVID-19 situation improves, it is preferred that this role be based out of one of our U.S. office locations. This will be discussed further throughout the interview process.

Compensation
The starting salary range for this position is $63,000 - $74,000. Salary to be determined by your education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.
This position includes an additional 5% bonus target.
