You make Tanso not just a place to work, but a place people love to be.  <h3>How You Succeed </h3><ul><li>Serve as the friendly and professional first point of contact for anyone coming to the office. </li></ul><ul><li>Manage vendor relationships for all office-related supplies and services, including sourcing and negotiating new providers. </li></ul><ul><li>Take ownership of kitchen inventory and communal supplies (e.g. coffee, snacks, beverages) ensuring they are fully stocked, appealing, and aligned with team preferences. </li></ul><ul><li>Organize and manage team events of all sizes - from spontaneous after-work gatherings to seasonal parties and the annual company offsite. </li></ul><ul><li>Foster a warm, inclusive office culture and support the team in maintaining rituals and celebrations. </li></ul><ul><li>Proactively identify ways to improve the office experience and team engagement. </li></ul> <h3>Why Tanso? </h3><ul><li>Your work helps producing companies integrate sustainability in their decision making.
