<h2>Overview</h2><p>We are seeking a highly motivated Financial Analyst to join our FP&amp;A team within a dynamic and fast-paced Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) environment. This role offers the opportunity to play a key part in driving financial visibility, supporting strategic planning, and enabling data-driven decision making across the business. You will report directly to the Senior Manager, FP&amp;A and work closely with cross-functional teams including Sales, Marketing, and Operations.</p><h2>Responsibilities</h2><ul> <li>Leverage financial and operational data to uncover business trends, highlight potential risks, and identify growth opportunities</li> <li>Create and maintain reporting and dashboards that are actionable for Senior Leadership</li> <li>Support the new product development process by providing financial insights and cost comparisons against our existing product portfolio</li> <li>Support the UK business segment with forecasting, reporting, and analysis to drive performance in an international market</li> <li>Collaborate with FP&amp;A and cross-functional teams to enhance reporting and support forecasting efforts through detailed spend analysis and data-driven insights.</li> <li>Assist in the preparation of the annual operating plans in line with the strategic direction of the company</li> <li>Contribute to ongoing improvements in financial systems, processes, and automation initiatives</li> <li>Build cross-functional partnerships and act as a trusted financial resource</li> <li>Support ad-hoc financial analysis and special projects as needed</li></ul><p> </p><h2>Qualifications</h2><ul> <li>Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a highly analytical field required with 1-3 years of relevant business experience</li> <li>Experience in manufacturing/CPG is a plus</li> <li>Strong proficiency in Excel (modeling, pivot tables, lookups), PowerPoint, and other MS applications</li> <li>Excellent analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy</li> <li>Ability to translate large amounts of data into useful information and actionable priorities</li> <li>Strong communication and presentation skills with ability to present complex financial analyses clearly and concisely</li> <li>Proven ability to meet tight deadlines and prioritize workload</li></ul><p> </p><p> </p><p>The expected salary range for this position is between $75,000 - $95,000 per year based on a full-time schedule.  Location, confirmed job-related skills and experience will be considered in setting the actual salary.
