This is a hands-on, floor-embedded role where you will own key manufacturing processes, working closely with operators, technicians, and engineers to maintain stable, high-throughput production.Using data as a primary tool, you will monitor process performance in real time, identify inefficiencies, and lead structured problem-solving efforts.
