This client-facing role involves marketing to new and existing traders and firms, cultivating and maintaining strong relationships, and supporting customers throughout their trading experience.You'll collaborate closely with brokers to entertain clients, provide timely feedback to internal teams on trading policies and system enhancements, and assist with platform testing, market monitoring, trade settlements, and error resolution when needed.The ideal candidate is highly motivated, personable, and client-oriented, with excellent communication skills and a strong grasp of financial markets.
