This is a 1st shift position.ESSENTIAL DUTIES:<ul><li>Execute complex measurements of 3D geometrical features.</li><li>Create CMM programs for measuring new complex componentry with and without rotary table</li><li>Compare results to CAD Model or other digital data</li><li>Prepare reports of conformance to specification</li><li>Perform other measurements as directed</li><li>Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient work environment.</li><li>Understand and adhere to current health, safety, and environmental policies.</li><li>Understand and adhere to current quality and control policies.</li><li>Perform other duties as requested, directed, or assigned</li><li>Ability to use basic measurement tools in the lab (Height Stand, micrometers, calipers, etc)</li><li>Must be able to work on all shifts if necessary</li><li>Participate in supplier meetings to resolve correlation issues.</li><li>Communicates and enforces safe work procedures.</li><li>Identifies and closes safety issues (suggestions, inspection, and investigation findings) and their corrective actions.</li><li>Attendance on the job is essential.</li></ul>QUALIFICATIONS:<ul><li>Requires High School Diploma/GED.</li><li>Requires Technical School degree in CNC Machining, Manufacturing Engineering Technology, or equivalent degree / experience.</li><li>10-year experience with CNC Programming, Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, CAD, Tool &amp; Die.</li><li>10-year experience in programming with Calypso and/or PC DMIS software.</li><li>20-year experience in Metalworking Inspection with precision measuring equipment (CMM, Roundness / Cylindricity, Contour Tracer).</li><li>Working knowledge of CMM Programming or equivalent (CAD or CNC Programming).</li><li>Proficient Knowledge of GD&amp;T</li><li>Experience with TS16949 and report writing.</li><li>Proficient computer skills.
