This role is ideal for someone with a strong foundation in Python and a passion for building robust, scalable test automation frameworks for embedded and cloud-connected systems.</div><div> </div><div>What you will be doing</div><ul><li>Design, develop, and maintain automated test frameworks and scripts using Python</li><li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define test strategies and ensure product quality</li><li>Execute automated tests, analyse results, and report defects using tools like Jira</li><li>Participate in code reviews, test plan reviews, and bug triage meetings</li><li>Develop and maintain automated test scripts using Python, targeting both embedded and cloud-connected systems</li><li>Contribute to continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines</li><li>Work closely with developers and product managers to understand requirements and translate them into test cases</li><li>Maintain test documentation and ensure traceability using tools like TestRail or DOORs</li></ul><div>Who you are and What you bring</div><ul><li>Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, or a related field at IIT, NIT or MIT</li><li>2+ years of experience in test automation, preferably in embedded systems or IoT domains</li><li>Strong programming skills in Python (mandatory)</li><li>Experience with REST API testing using tools like Postman or SOAPUI</li><li>Familiarity with mobile and web application testing (iOS/Android)</li><li>Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS preferred), MQTT, and security testing</li></ul><div>Preferred Skills</div><ul><li>Experience in domains such as Solar, EVSE, Battery Storage, or Home Automation</li><li>Knowledge of scripting languages like Bash or PowerShell</li><li>Familiarity with Git and CI/CD tools like Jenkins</li><li>Strong analytical and debugging skills</li><li>Excellent communication and teamwork abilities</li></ul><div>What We Offer</div><ul><li>Opportunity to work on cutting-edge clean energy technologies</li><li>A collaborative and inclusive work environment</li><li>Career growth through mentorship and learning opportunities</li><li>Competitive compensation and benefits</li></ul></div></div>
