As Manager - Transport &amp; Water in Wellington, you will lead both the Transport and Water teams locally and contribute as a key member of the national leadership teams, working closely with Group Directors and other senior leaders to drive the strategic and operational success of our business and people.This role is a blend of people leadership, project management, and client engagement. You will be responsible for developing and supporting your team, fostering collaboration across disciplines, and ensuring high-quality delivery. A strong focus will be placed on mentoring, upskilling and team development.You will also play an instrumental role in client relationship management, actively engaging with key stakeholders and ensuring the financial performance and successful delivery of our Transport and Water portfolios in the Wellington region.How you’ll make a difference<ul><li>Champion project delivery and grow the team’s capability to successfully deliver projects and service key clients such as Waka Kotahi, Wellington City Council, Hutt City Council, Wellington International Airport and Wellington Water.</li><li>Lead client engagement and take responsibility for relationship management, financial outcomes and key performance metrics.</li><li>Drive efficient project execution and promote knowledge sharing across regional, national and global teams to enhance collaboration and consistency.</li><li>Support the development of technical and professional excellence on all projects and foster a culture of continuous learning, applying innovative technical approaches that that deliver lasting value for both AECOM and our clients.</li></ul>
