We bring power, heat and cooling to customers and communities wherever they need it.We are hiring immediately a Sales Specialist - a role that will help us to power progress for our customers in the Kalgoolie region.Role description: Sales Specialist ensures the successful sales and marketing initiatives of both new and existing applications by delivering highly specialised technical support to the mining sales team.Detailed description: The Sales Specialist accelerates new products utilisation, responsible for allocated budget and growth goals. Serving as the foremost technical subject matter expert for new applications and solution to our customers, the specialist offers tailored technical guidance and support to the business, both on customer sites and within depot locations. Responsibilities span the entire spectrum of successful new sales, business development and product introduction, covering project design, and project/site delivery.Responsibilities<ul><li>Subject Matter Expertise and Knowledge Transfer: Build personal knowledge of Aggreko's new products and aspire to become a subject matter expert. Guide and influence local sales teams, transferring knowledge and building capabilities.</li><li>Technical Support and Customer Excellence: Elevate the business’s customer experience by delivering expert assistance in addressing technical inquiries via the sales department.</li><li>Collaboration and Project Implementation: Liaise with Aggreko technicians, and management to provide technical solutions both low and high voltage applications.</li><li>Promote Green Solutions: Lead site and project delivery of hybridised and low emission solutions, setting an example for greener upgrades and ensuring success for customers.</li><li>Technical Drawings: Interpret, modify. Analyse technical drawings to establish parameters for safe and efficient solutions.</li><li>Ensure compliance with Aggreko HSE policies and procedures. Provide feedback and contribute to the continuous improvement of products and integration processes.</li><li>Formulate a technical application sales plan for allocated region.</li><li>Regular customer visits in allocated region to provide excellent customer feedback.</li></ul> What we’re looking for <ul><li>Robust technical proficiency with an exceptional mastery, specifically concentrated on mining applications products. Familiarity with greener energy solutions, and emerging trends in the industry.</li><li>Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities. Growth mindset, with the ability to thrive in a dynamic and collaborative environment.</li><li>Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.</li><li>Dedication to safety, quality, and customer experience, coupled with a familiarity with industry regulations and standards</li><li>In-depth understanding of factors critical for successful new product introduction and integration.
