The Project Manager will be a part of the Environmental Assessments team, managing project schedules and supporting efficient completion of customer assessments.

Job Responsibilities:

• Successfully plan and track project execution by the certification team
• Collaborate with managers on team bandwidth to optimize project staffing
• Navigate deadlines between various disciplines including environmental assessment, customer success, and business development
• Integrate project schedules and assessment milestones into CRM
• Coordinate site visits to client sites
• Manage contracting and scheduling with third-party consultants assisting with assessments
• Effectively communicate project requirements with customers
• Develop and integrate process efficiency opportunities

Requirements

• Demonstrated experience as a project manager, preference within oil and gas
• Strong organizational skills
• Familiar with upstream and/or midstream oil and gas operations
• Ability to work independently
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• Working knowledge of CRM software and Atlassian products
