The People team at WeaveGrid is looking for a Recruiting & People Ops Coordinator to join our rapidly growing team to help us continue building a world-class organization and support our ambitious hiring plans. The person in this role will be the central point of contact for all coordinating tasks during the interview process, and work closely with candidates, hiring managers, and interviewers. We are looking for someone who will be an ambassador for WeaveGrid and provide an exceptional candidate experience. Additionally, the ideal person in this role will assist the People Ops organization with projects such as employee onboarding, orientation, event planning, and office coordination. 

Responsibilities:

  • Support the team in scheduling interviews while providing an excellent candidate experience
  • Build and maintain collaborative, trusting relationships with candidates, hiring managers, interviewers, and other internal stakeholders
  • Assist with planning and attending recruiting events (virtual webinars, in-house meetups, career fairs, etc.) to help attract new candidates to WeaveGrid
  • Update our applicant tracking system and monitor the database to ensure candidate progression is being tracked properly
  • Proactively identify and implement process improvements
  • Assist with additional projects as needed

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university, or a combination of equivalent education and relevant experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with all levels within the organization
  • Highly organized and detail focused 
  • Proficiency with Google Apps (Calendar, Docs, Mail, etc.)
  • This is an entry level position and the ideal candidate will be eager to grow within the Recruiting and/or People Ops field
  • The ideal candidate will be located in the SF Bay Area or Seattle

  • Experience working in a fast paced start-up environment
  • Experience using an Applicant Tracking System, particularly Greenhouse
