AECOM is seeking a Senior Rail/Transit Deputy Program Manager to work out of our Baltimore, MD Program Office.  This role is on-site in Baltimore in support of large transit infrastructure program. The appropriately qualified applicant will work closely and in concert with the Program Manager and client, will serve in a key role directing day-to-day program management and be instrumental to the successful development, implementation and delivery of the program.Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: <ul><li>Organize and direct activities between the technical and administrative aspects of the program including planning, scheduling, budgeting, cost control, cash flow, Annual Work Plan budgeting, QA/QC, risk analysis, document control and project management information systems.</li><li>Balance and address the needs and concerns of all of the program stakeholders including but not limited to the client, public, local businesses, politicians, other agencies and the regulatory community.</li><li>Lead efforts, to develop a comprehensive program execution plan, implement community/public involvement and coordinate/communicate relevant program status/issues with regulatory agencies.</li><li>Lead development and drive implementation of the necessary business processes, plans and procedures to manage design and construction in a programmatic, process-driven manner. </li><li>Direct design oversight, construction management/program management oversight activities as well as manage construction contractors working under a CMAR procurement </li><li>Manage the overall program execution, leading the team, ensuring adherence to design specifications, budget constraints, and schedule requirements.</li><li>Collaborate with the design team and CMAR contractors to develop and implement efficient project plans and strategies.</li><li>Oversee administrative functions including CMAR adherence to the contract provisions, contract performance monitoring, review of payment requisitions, and maintenance of project schedules and budget projections.</li><li>Review contractor change orders, while maintaining budget integrity and producing accurate financial reports.</li><li>Establish and maintain stakeholder relationships by offering consistent updates. </li><li>Promote and enforce a culture of safety across all project sites and operations.</li><li>Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills with the ability to build relationships and foster a collaborative work environment.</li><li>Proficiency in construction management software, project management tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.</li><li>Experience with working as a Consultant (Owner’s Representative role) and/or Contractor (Project Manager or greater role).</li></ul>
