Our dedicated team is committed to making solar energy accessible and affordable for homeowners across the country.The Project Coordinator contributes to Ion Solar by providing a world-class customer experience, improving communication between the field teams and corporate office, and improving process timelines through detailed project management. Project coordinators establish a rapport with customers early in the installation process and become the point of contact for the customer through the completion of the project. Coordinators require a high-level understanding of the solar process from sales to finalization.. We provide comprehensive training for our team members and set clear and achievable expectations.Duties/Responsibilities:<ul><li>Schedule services</li><li>Direct point of contact with the customer</li><li>Oversee project from installation to completion</li><li>Communicate with the crews and technicians to ensure quality work completion</li><li>Partner with operations manager to resolve escalations</li><li>Audit accounts to identify opportunities and maintain account visibility</li><li>Improve the efficiency of processes and timelines</li><li>Address customer concerns and set clear expectations</li><li>Bridge communication gaps between field crews and internal corporate departments</li><li>Performs other related duties as assigned.</li></ul>Required Skills/Abilities:<ul><li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills.</li><li>Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.</li><li>Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.</li><li>Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet tight deadlines.</li><li>Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.</li><li>Ability to develop solutions to difficult problems and think quickly </li></ul>Education and Experience:<ul><li>A high school diploma or equivalent is required</li><li>Customer service experience required</li><li>Salesforce experience preferred</li><li>Solar experience preferred</li></ul>Working Conditions:Fast-paced, open floor office environment with significant computer and phone usage. Utilization of complex systems and software. Speed and accuracy are essential to the successful completion of tasks.Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
