This on-site role requires strong customer-facing skills, functional expertise, deep business process knowledge (e.g., P2P, O2C, R2R, Q2C, and ETO), and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact, scalable solutions. Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) across core SAP S/4HANA modules, including:</li><ul><li>Finance (FI), Controlling (CO), Product Costing, Revenue Recognition</li><li>Materials Management (MM), Sales &amp; Distribution (SD), Production Planning (PP)</li><li>Enterprise Asset Management (EAM), Extended Warehouse Management (EWM)</li><li>Project Systems (PS), Quality Management (QM)</li></ul></ul><ul><li>Translate business requirements into system configurations, functional designs, and technical specifications.</li><li>Lead system implementations, enhancements, testing, user training, and issue resolution.</li><li>Partner with technical teams on integrations, reports, and custom development.</li><li>Ensure system compliance (e.g., SOX), maintain data integrity, and optimize processes.</li><li>Lead and coordinate testing efforts—including unit, integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT)—to ensure systems meet or exceed user expectations.</li><li>Develop training materials, conduct user workshops, and provide ongoing support.</li></ul> SAP SuccessFactors<ul><li>Learn and support SAP SuccessFactors modules (Employee Central, Recruiting, Performance, etc.) and integrations with related systems such as SAP, TAM, and Workforce.</li></ul> Required Qualifications<ul><li>Bachelor’s degree &amp; 10+ years (or Master’s degree &amp; 8+ years) of hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA and SuccessFactors in both functional and technical roles.</li><li>Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills with a deep understanding of business processes across manufacturing, supply chain, finance, accounting, and HR.</li><li>Strong understanding of SAP configuration, data structures, and cross-module dependencies.</li><li>Experience in process reengineering with in-depth knowledge of core SAP modules and cross-functional business processes.</li><li>Excellent analytical, communication, documentation, and presentation skills.</li><li>Growth mindset and willingness to expand into HRIS (SuccessFactors) and other systems support.</li><li>Proven experience ensuring SOX compliance.</li><li>Ability to work independently on-site and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.</li></ul><h3> </h3><h3>Preferred Qualifications</h3><ul><li>Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.</li><li>SAP certifications in S/4HANA and SuccessFactors.</li><li>Experience in a high-growth, technology-driven organization.</li><li>Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools such as Jira and ServiceNow.</li></ul><h3> </h3><h3>What We Value</h3><ul><li>Strategic problem-solving skills paired with strong execution.</li><li>Passion for innovation, customer service, and continuous learning.</li><li>Ownership mentality and ability to lead in a dynamic environment.</li><li>Clear communication and the ability to build trust across all levels.</li></ul> ONSITE: This position requires you to work onsite 5 days per week to meet the minimum essential duties and requirements of this position.
