The RPC will be responsible for facilitating faster response times to customers, managing escalations, and ensuring that all process updates and changes are communicated effectively across teams. </span></div><br><br><h3>Key Responsibilities: Customer Communication &amp; Escalation Management</h3><ul><li>Coordinate and schedule installations and services with customers.</li><li>Act as a direct liaison between the operations team and customers, ensuring timely updates and responses.</li><li>Assist with managing and resolving escalated customer concerns, collaborating with the Regional Operations Manager (ROM).</li><li>Collaborate with utilities for interconnections and train customers on system operations.</li></ul><h3>Key Responsibilities: Project Tracking &amp; Coordination</h3><ul><li>Manage solar installation workflow for the region. </li><li>Manage customer accounts in Project Sunrise from installation to project completion.</li><li>Work closely with the ROM to track project timelines, milestones, and any issues that arise during the solar installation process.</li><li>Process installation reporting and upload photos and documents into customers' files. </li><li>Initiate inspection processes, communicating with the Inspections Coordinator. </li><li>Provide feedback and insights to both operations and customer care to facilitate continuous improvement.</li></ul><h3>Key Responsibilities: Crews Collaboration &amp; Knowledge Development:</h3><ul><li>Build and maintain strong relationships with the installation crews to ensure efficient communication and collaboration.</li><li>Work closely with ROM and HR department on employee relations issues. </li><li>Responsible for the accuracy of information provided to the crews, within the crew Job Packet. </li><li>Ensure the smooth implementation of operational changes, assisting crews and operations with adapting to new systems or equipment.</li><li>Continuously learn the evolving solar process, staying updated on best practices and regional developments.</li></ul><h3>Qualifications:</h3><ul><li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Previous experience in project coordination, customer service, or operations preferred.</li><li>Ability to build rapport with both customers and internal teams.</li><li>Knowledge of solar installation processes or construction project management is a plus.</li><li>Problem-solving mindset with the ability to handle escalations effectively.</li></ul><br><div><span style="font-size:16px;">We understand you may be a great candidate without fitting all our preferred experience, knowledge, skills, and attributes.
