The technician will work with various materials and equipment to ensure the anodes meet specific requirements for efficiency and longevity. This is a 6-month TEMP role with possibility of extension. </p><p> </p><h3><strong>Job Responsibilities</strong></h3><ul> <li>Safely operate anode processing equipment such as furnaces, coating systems, punching tools, in accordance with established procedures and safety protocols. </li> <li>Assembly of anode raw materials into carriers for use in subsequent processing steps.</li> <li>Measure materials with drop gage, mass scale, and imaging stations.</li> <li>Assist with processing of product from production tools (cutting into sheets, etc.) </li> <li>Visually evaluate defects from a list of standard defects.</li> <li>Construct test samples for material performance verification.</li> <li>Use basic computer skills to input and track data in production systems. Report any issues to the supervisor. </li> <li>Meet daily production quotas to support team efficiency and output goals. </li> <li>Maintain a clean and organized work environment. </li> <li>Follow company’s safety protocols. </li> </ul><p><strong>Requirements</strong></p><ul> <li>Follow standard work instructions and recommend improvements</li> <li>Proficient with hand tools and production equipment. </li> <li>Exceptional manual dexterity and good hand-eye coordination. </li> <li>Basic computer skills and ability to enter data accurately.</li> <li>Attention to detail and focus on quality. </li> <li>Willingness to adhere to safety and company policies. </li> <li>Team work oriented mind-set. </li> </ul><p> </p><h3><strong>Experience and Education</strong></h3><ul> <li>High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent required. </li> <li>Minimum one (1) year of experience as an equipment operator or technician in one of the following industries: Semiconductor, solar, battery, electronics, or automotive.</li> </ul><p> </p><h3><strong>Physical Demands &amp; Work Location</strong></h3><ul> <li>Fremont, CA: This is an on-site job.
