This is a TEMP role with an opportunity to be converted to regular full-time. </p><h3><strong>Job Responsibilities </strong></h3><p>Routine Maintenance: </p><ul> <li>Conduct regular checks on pump oil levels to ensure they are maintained within parameter, schedule maintenance if needed.</li> <li>Execute filter changes in accordance with predetermined schedules, ensuring proper air and fluid filtration throughout the facility.</li> <li>Perform proactive maintenance inspections to identify and address potential issues, ensuring that preventative measures are taken to minimize disruptions.</li> <li>Perform other maintenance activities on equipment and facilities as needed.</li> </ul><p>Repairs and Troubleshooting: </p><ul><li>Swiftly respond to equipment breakdowns, efficiently troubleshoot problems, and perform necessary repairs to minimize operational downtime.</li></ul><p>Equipment Management: </p><ul><li>Establish and maintain an organized system for spare equipment, tools, and supplies, ensuring easy accessibility and an efficient workflow.</li></ul><p>Safety Compliance: </p><ul> <li>Safely lift and maneuver heavy objects weighing up to 50 pounds, facilitating equipment installation, demolition, relocation, and maintenance tasks.</li> <li>Adhere unwaveringly to safety protocols and maintain a clean and orderly work environment that adheres to company policies and regulations. </li> </ul><p>Inventory Management: </p><ul><li>Monitor and manage inventory levels of maintenance supplies, replacement parts, and consumables, ensuring optimal availability for ongoing operations.</li></ul><p>Other Duties: </p><ul> <li>Maintain records of maintenance activities, accurately documenting tasks performed, and replacement parts utilized.</li> <li>Ensure the facility premises are kept in safe and clean condition. </li> <li>Provide assistance to employees with minor repairs and requests. </li> </ul><p><strong>Requirements</strong></p><h3><strong>Education and Experience </strong></h3><ul> <li>High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent required. </li> <li>Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.</li> <li>Basic understanding of electromechanical equipment</li> </ul><p> </p><h3><strong>Required Skills/Abilities: </strong></h3><ul> <li>Desire to own tasks and execute them. </li> <li> Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean and orderly work environment that adheres to company policies and regulations. </li> <li>Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with employees, vendors, and contractors. </li> <li> Respectful and relatable to team members with a positive outlook. </li> <li>Basic Computer skills </li> </ul><h3><strong>Work Schedule: </strong></h3><ul> <li>Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 5:30 pm. Flexibility available with shift start time. </li> <li>Occasional evenings and weekends </li> </ul><h3><strong>Physical Demands &amp; Work Location: </strong></h3><ul> <li>Fremont, CA: This is an on-site job. Reliable commute or planning to relocate before starting work is required. </li> <li>Must be able to lift and/or move objects up to 50 pounds.
