Interact with other departments on business issues that impact financial projections.</li><li>Manage monthly close process for assigned areas and business segments, which may include account reconciliation and review monthly financial reporting packages in compliance with the company’s accounting policies and procedures.</li><li>Assist internal and external auditors during quarterly reviews and annual audits.</li><li>Responsible for the management and administration of business systems and procedures; ensure that the effectiveness of new procedures is validated, and Sarbanes-Oxley process documentation is updated for changes effecting internal controls.</li><li>Take a leading role in identifying and supporting continuous improvement projects while leveraging Continuous Improvement Management System (CIMS) tools and concepts.</li><li>Coordinate team efforts on enterprise-wide projects to collaboratively achieve business objectives and implement standard practices throughout the organization.</li></ul>MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:   <ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.</li><li>Ten (10) or more years of relevant experience in accounting, finance, or treasury.</li><li>Three (3) or more years of managerial/supervisory experience.</li><li>Ability to travel 10%.</li></ul>STANDOUT QUALIFICATIONS: <ul><li>Success in leading others in a fast pace work environment.</li><li>Experience with the consolidation process across multiple legal entities</li><li>Ability to effectively manage multiple projects and tasks.</li><li>Thorough knowledge of various financial regulations (i.e. GAAP, international laws).</li><li>Strong written and verbal communication skills.</li><li>Ability to travel 10%-15% internationally.</li><li>Certified Public Accountant (CPA), active license.</li></ul></div>#LI-AG1 Pay Range:$117,000.00 - $202,400.00The above pay range reflects the minimum and maximum target pay for the position across all U.S. locations.
