The base salary range for this position is dependent upon experience and location, ranging from $94,490 to $118,113Job SummaryThe Employee Relations Manager role primarily focuses on maintaining positive relationships between employees and the company by addressing concerns, managing conflicts, and providing guidance to managers on employee matters. This position will play a leading role to promote a healthy work environment, resolve conflicts, and ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, employment laws and regulations.
