We will upskill you to be able to carry out heat pump and gas appliance installation, servicing and repairs work, and providing our customers with an excellent in-home customer experience. You’ll also receive training in smart technologies, heat pumps, gas, oil, and other renewables on an ongoing basis.If you are a highly motivated individual committed to delivering a great customer experience and would like the chance to play a role in shaping the energy services market in Ireland, this could be the opportunity for you!About the Role<ul><li>Installation of central heating boilers, including system and control upgrades</li><li>Installation of and maintenance of heat pumps to retrofit properties</li><li>Installation of and maintenance of oil boilers</li><li>Service, repair, and safety inspection of all domestic heating appliances</li><li>Service and repair of domestic central heating and hot water plumbing systems</li><li>First time diagnosis and repair of heating appliances and system faults</li><li>Upgrade and installation of central heating system controls with smart technologies</li><li>Carry out a range of electrical safety tests on domestic heating installations</li><li>Correctly locate, install, and verify CO alarms to current gas standards</li><li>Carry out a range of testing with Combustion Gas Analysers including room safety</li><li>Responsibility for all aspects of central heating installation and customer safety</li><li>Generate, organise, and maintain company and regulatory documentation</li><li>Participation in the Bord Gáis Energy wellbeing, diversity, inclusion, safety, and quality systems</li></ul>About You<ul><li>You’ll have a National craft certificate in plumbing</li><li>You’re driven individual with excellent planning and organisational skills</li><li>Aptitude for fault finding logic would be an advantage</li><li>Full clean Irish driving license</li><li>Strong interpersonal and customer skills, with the ability to work with the general public and within a wider team with specific targets</li><li>A positive, safe attitude and approach to all work and training activities</li><li>RGII registration an advantage</li></ul>Why should you apply?       We’re not a perfect place – but we’re a people place.
