Responsibilities / Tasks<ul><li>Coordinate and drive country sales activities allocate resources and prioritize initiatives</li><li>Support the implementation of local sales strategies using the GEA Customer Relationship Management System</li><li>Achieve sales growth and expand market reach and coverage</li><li>Set and track sales targets, KPIs, performance</li><li>Determine and implement the go-to-market strategy, define sales channels according to country requirements and resource availability</li><li>Support and develop the GEA FT CZ/SK dealer network</li><li>Manage customer relationships and facilitate key account management</li><li>Ensure coordination between product development and sales, determine Order Intake and Sales Budgets</li><li>Manage the whole offer management process, from definition of scope to technical detailing and solution pricing</li><li>Define pricing and discount policies and specific project related conditions, with responsibility on project profitability</li><li>Support product development projects and contribute to define priorities with a product management role</li></ul>Your Profile / Qualifications<ul><li>Bacholor’s Degree in Engineering/Business Administration or equivalent educational level</li><li>Agriculture Background</li><li>Min 5 years’ relevant experience in similar functions</li><li>Sales professional with significant experience in steering a sales organization, incl. product management, within a product/sales matrix</li><li>Deep practical know-how of state-of-the-art sales process, organization methods and tools (e.g. ordering, pricing, CRM)  </li><li>Change management experience</li><li>Proven superior skills in negotiation &amp; contracting with customers</li><li>Strong understanding of corporate finance and performance management principles</li><li>Fluent English</li><li>Deep understanding of the CZ/SK agriculture business with developed focus on customer needs and fulfilment of customer expectations</li><li>Team player, good net-worker and negotiator </li><li>Very good communication skills, strong sales person</li><li>Leadership skills, entrepreneurial competencies </li></ul>Did we spark your interest?
