Used across diverse industries, they enhance the sustainability and efficiency of production processes globally.Responsibilities / Tasks<ul><li>Support in the development and implementation of the country strategy in alignment with the Divisions and Country MD.</li><li>Support the development of competitive strategies and generate competitive intelligence for the corporation</li><li>Lead key analysis and evaluation on a variety of strategic projects across the Company’s continuous stream of growth, cost savings, and productivity improvement initiatives</li><li>Developing and designing implementation plans to drive execution</li><li>Contribute to the GEA planning process through the creation of actionable, fact-based business group strategic plans, as well as support and coordinate division plans</li><li>Support in the assess GEA portfolio for opportunities to drive growth and value creation through resource allocation/ prioritization, innovation, and M&amp;A opportunities</li><li>Provide GEA and Division leadership guidance on and strategic implications of market trends and competitive landscape</li><li>Be also a partner with our business leaders to support development of business strategies. Market entry strategy, growth strategy, and portfolio strategy.</li><li>Strategic planning –defines the strategic planning process for the company, including long range planning, strategic planning, and strategy reviews with the Board of Directors</li><li>The identification of relevant new business opportunities and designs "go-to-market" plan to deliver measurable and significant revenues. Pursues sales opportunities in the market, and carries the baton in the beginning of the sales cycle</li><li>Build and sustain excellent relationships with customers in a wide spectrum of industries and liaise with various stakeholders to maximize market access</li><li>Support and contribute to the marketing strategy defined by the local and global guidelines</li><li>Be a partner for all functions and divisions.</li><li>Work directly with the CMD to support all aspects of his daily work routine.</li><li>Walk the talk and live the company values</li><li>Contribute during budgeting and forecasting process at country level and division level.</li><li>Ensure compliance with corporate policies and local laws</li><li>Follow the governance model.</li><li>Provide coordination, monitoring, and communication of projects and programs in execution in the country. Supporting in activities and processes including project planning, intake, prioritization, initiation, execution, and training; as well as in fostering collaboration of end-users and key stakeholders.</li><li>Serve as a primary point of contact between the Divisions, Functions and CMD, including helping to coordinate the work of the different groups and providing administrative support for governance meetings.</li><li>Assist the CMD in the development of presentations and white papers for internal and external audiences.</li><li>Keep the CMD advised of time-sensitive and priority issues, ensuring appropriate follow-up.</li><li>Routinely perform a wide variety of support duties.</li><li>Schedule departmental meetings; assist in the preparation and distribution of meeting agendas and materials.</li><li>Maintain confidential and sensitive information.</li><li>Attend meetings and take notes of discussion; prepare the initial draft of minutes and summaries.</li><li>Complete a variety of special projects including creating PowerPoint presentations, financial spreadsheets, special reports, and agenda material.</li><li>Other additional and/or alternative duties as assigned from time to time, including supporting other departments or Executives as needed.</li></ul>Your Profile / Qualifications<ul><li>Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Economics, Finance, or related fields.</li><li>MBA or postgraduate studies in Strategic Management, Competitive Intelligence, Project Management, or Data Analytics (preferred).</li><li>Advanced Excel, Power BI, Tableau, SQL (preferred)</li><li>English proficiency (C1).</li></ul>Did we spark your interest?
