It involves building test racks, operating and maintaining test equipment, ensuring accurate data collection, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives. The position requires hands-on experience with electrical systems, adherence to safety standards, and collaboration across teams to ensure reliable and efficient validation processes.Your responsibilities<ul><li>Build / assemble specific validation test racks and associated equipment’s.</li><li>Responsible for validation test setup and test execution.</li><li>Utilize and maintain automated monitoring system to guarantee in specifications test execution as well as peripheral systems to operate Part under test (load racks, harnesses, chillers, HV racks…)  </li><li>Follow equipment calibration and preventive / reactive maintenance programs as laboratory representative.</li><li>Apply and keep up-to-date all safety guidelines.</li><li>Responsible for test raw data.</li><li>Be involved in continuous improvement and maintenance of the validation test equipment.</li></ul>What we’re looking for<ul><li>Technical college degree in Electrical/Electronic or in mechatronics. Preferred: Engineering degree in Electrical/Electronic or in mechatronics</li><li>At least 2 years of experience in testing, preferably in validation within the automotive or related industry.  </li><li>Familiarity with test equipment: Climatic chamber, Digital Muli-Meter(DMM), Power Supply, oscilloscopes, generators, dynometer and etc.</li><li>Proven ability by professional experience to execute electrical rack cabling works.</li><li>Proven knowledge in industrial Electrical standards.</li><li>Experience with basic circuit design.</li><li>Good communication skills are essential</li><li>Fluency in English is required. German/French would be an advantage</li><li>Travel is required, at the initial stage for extended period of time.
