<div><span style="font-size:16px;">We are seeking a seasoned Program Manager/Systems Integration Architect to lead the development and integration of its first commercial demonstration plant. This role is ideal for a turbomachinery engineer with 10+ years of experience in power generation or aerospace, including at least one clean-sheet product development program from concept to launch. You will own system-level requirements, architecture integration, cost/schedule oversight, and cross-functional team leadership across combustion, turbomachinery, controls, and test. </span></div><div><br></div><div><span style="font-size:16px;">Arbor’s team of world-class engineers and scientists are developing a scalable, low-cost approach to Bioenergy with Carbon Capture and Storage (BECCS) based on modern rocket engine technology. BECCS is a carbon dioxide removal (CDR) approach that uses biomass to produce energy and remove CO₂ from the atmosphere and store it permanently underground, while ensuring food security, rural livelihoods, and biodiversity are not affected.
