To support smooth collaboration with our European HQ, we are ideally looking for someone based in a U.S. time zone that allows for sufficient overlap with CET working hours.</p><p>In this role, you'll take the lead on hiring for our U.S. entity, focusing on customer-facing positions such as Account Executives, Customer Success Managers, and Project Managers, along with key support and back-office roles.</p><p>You’ll be joining a high-energy, collaborative, and genuinely fun global recruiting team. If you’re ready to jump into a meaningful role where you can drive real results from day one—we’d love to meet you!</p><p> </p><h3>HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT</h3><p></p><ul><li>Take full ownership of the end-to-end recruitment process for a wide range of go-to-market roles, including Sales, Customer Experience, Account Management, and related support functions—primarily for our U.S. entity, with occasional support for European positions</li><li>Partner closely with Hiring Managers and People Business Partners to deeply understand hiring needs, align on role profiles, and advise on best practices around market dynamics, interview process design, and candidate selection</li><li>Develop and execute targeted sourcing and hiring strategies to attract top go-to-market talent, identifying bottlenecks and proactively improving pipeline quality and speed</li><li>Deliver an outstanding candidate experience, while building long-term relationships and a strong talent pool for key roles</li></ul><p> </p><h3>WHAT WILL HELP YOU SUCCEED IN THE ROLE</h3><ul><li><span>5+ years of full-cycle recruiting and sourcing experience, ideally in a fast-paced, international startup or scale-up environment</span><span> </span></li><li><span>Proven success in hiring for go-to-market functions (e.g. Sales, Customer Success, Project Management), preferably within the tech or SaaS industry</span><span> </span></li><li><span>Strong ability to influence and build trusted relationships with stakeholders across functions and seniority levels</span><span> </span></li><li><span>Clear and confident communication skills, with the ability to tailor your approach to different audiences and cultural contexts</span><span> </span></li><li><span>High level of ownership, initiative, and adaptability—you know how to prioritize, work independently, and keep things moving</span><span> </span></li><li><span>Fluency in English is essential; valid U.S. work authorization is required</span>  </li></ul><p> </p><h3>HOW WE WILL KNOW WE ARE A PERFECT MATCH</h3><p>Your recruiting partner for this role is Lia (she/her).
