<h2>Overview</h2><p>A proactive and detail-oriented Sales &amp; Events Coordinator is needed to support the sales team’s success by providing the necessary tools and resources to maximize their effectiveness and drive revenue growth. Working cross-functionally, this individual orchestrates sales events and initiatives, including tradeshows, barista activations, and customer meetings, while also overseeing swag, POS materials, and sales collateral.</p><p> </p><p>This hybrid role works in the Downtown LA Arts District office Tuesday through Thursday.</p><h2>Responsibilities</h2><ul> <li>Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Creative to ensure timely delivery of materials for customer meetings and trade activations</li> <li>Take ownership of organizing customer-facing materials and ensure field teams have timely access to sales assets </li> <li>Coordinate logistics for regional and national events such as tradeshows, barista engagement events, selling shows, and café pop-ups. This includes planning, product shipment, booth setup, and on-site support ensuring a smooth and successful execution that drives brand trial and deepens customer relationships</li> <li>Maintain event calendars and workback schedules to ensure flawless execution and alignment with selling seasons</li> <li>Manage timelines, budgets, vendor relationships, and internal alignment across events</li> <li>Oversee and maintain inventory of branded merchandise and point-of-sale materials</li> <li>Liaison between Quality and Customer Service teams to flag and support resolution of product quality control issues</li> <li>Support field sales needs and communications across functions</li> <li>Assist in planning national sales meeting logistics and team experiences</li> <li>Assist the Sales Operations Manager with customer contracts, forecasting inputs, and Salesforce reporting. CPG Food &amp; Beverage industry a plus.</li> <li>Strong organizational and project management skills</li> <li>Ability to manage competing priorities and adapt to rapidly changing situations</li> <li>Strong written and verbal communication skills — comfortable interfacing with customers, vendors, and internal leadership</li> <li>Detail-oriented with a bias for action — you follow through, close loops, and drive to completion</li> <li>Confident working cross-functionally with Sales, Creative, and Marketing teams</li> <li>Proficient in Google Workspace, Excel, and project management tools</li> <li>Experience with Salesforce, or similar platforms preferred</li> <li>This role requires 15-20% travel for tradeshows and events</li></ul><p> </p><p> </p><p>The expected salary range for this position is between $65,000 - $75,000 per year based on a full-time schedule.  Location, confirmed job-related skills and experience will be considered in setting the actual salary.
