<ul><li>Manages open requisition through closed PO reporting</li><li>Responsible for purchase order generation, reporting, and distribution</li><li>Provides support and advice on buying channels to Project managers and validates direct procurement requisition</li><li>Provides low dollar and low complex non-critical tactical buying activities through standard methodology and approved suppliers</li><li>Supports Project Managers with accounting query resolution</li><li>Provides requisition processing and requestor consultation</li><li>Invoice approval for received PO’s and direct checks to vendors</li><li>Supports Helpdesk queries (Tier 2) and triaging requests as necessary</li><li>Purchase order query management (e.g., changes, expediting, open items)</li><li>Support the management and maintenance of supplier catalogs</li><li>Ensures key stakeholders (Project Managers, Procurement, Functions, Risk Domains etc.) are provided with the best support to successfully onboard Third Parties </li><li>Supports Third Party certification, qualification and re-qualification program including reviewing all subcontractor responses for completeness and to the standards expected</li><li>Accurate, timely reviewing and recording of all Third Party data within agreed SLA’s</li><li>Follow-up with Third Parties when non-responsive to onboarding requests or recertification</li><li>Liaising with Third Parties, Project Managers, Risk Domains and other stakeholders to ensure the successful resolution of all onboarding issues</li><li>Monitors supplier performance as predefined</li><li>Ensures correct commodity L1-L3 is selected from the approved Taxonomy for all Third Parties</li><li>Provides Vendor Master Data Team support to ensure alignment with SIM/CRA</li><li>Escalates any areas of concern to direct supervisor or to S2C and / or R2R GPOs </li><li>Participates in and provides input in the development of process improvements, Training Material, DTP’s etc. that enhances the User experience </li><li>Provides input to the development of relevant policies, procedures and guides</li><li>Updates Ecosystem with process and policy changes, and knowledge base</li><li>Testing of system enhancements when necessary</li><li>Responsible for system training and providing guidance to new team members</li></ul>
