We're looking for someone to play a vital role in shaping how we use data to drive our success!<br></p><h3>You will</h3><ul><li>You'll leverage our ERP system and historical information to generate insightful cost analytics, directly contributing to informed, data-driven decisions across the organization.</li><li>You'll be instrumental in ensuring that our ERP system accurately and promptly captures critical procurement details and safeguards data integrity for all related processes.</li><li>You'll help establish our ERP system as the central platform for tendering and contract management, playing a key part in maintaining our contractual integrity.</li><li>You'll actively collaborate on initiatives to develop and improve our Purchase Order (PO) compliance processes, directly contributing to enhanced efficiency and stronger internal controls.</li></ul><h3>We expect you to:</h3><ul><li>You are in the final year of your Master's degree or a recent graduate in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Economics, Finance, or a related field.</li><li>You have the legal right to work in Sweden.</li><li>Your analytical prowess allows you to interpret data, identify key trends, and draw meaningful conclusions.</li><li>You are comfortable navigating enterprise systems and possess strong computer skills, particularly in spreadsheets/Excel.</li><li>You are a proactive self-starter with a strong drive to learn and contribute.</li><li>Your written and verbal communication skills enable you to articulate ideas clearly and effectively.</li></ul><h3>What we offer you:</h3><ul><li>Gain practical experience in a real-world procurement environment.</li><li>Receive support and guidance from experienced procurement professionals.</li><li>Directly influence the efficiency and effectiveness of our procurement and finance operations, seeing the tangible results of your work.</li><li>Become part of a leading organization that empowers businesses globally to accelerate their sustainability goals.</li></ul><p>This is an internship position based in Stockholm.
